Comparative Study on the Physical Growth and Development of the Youth among Korea, Republic of China and Japan

Abstract
|
|
|
This result what was analysised and compared with growing of body (height, weight, chest) that researched growing of body (age, sex, growth) for analysis and compare with three Asian countries of male and female students of Korear, China (R.O.C.) and Japan that had been represented percentage (example I) in 1983 by reported data for seven months from Sept. 1st 1985 to Mar. 31st 1986.
1. Body height, Cm
The male Japanese students has been reported to be the tallest of all age, the Korean student was next and students of China (R.O.C.) shows the lowest percentage.
In female´s it showed the same.
At this period, female student become taller than male student when Korean male and female student become age of 10.0-12.5, Chinese student 9.5-12.5, Japanese student becomes age of 9.0-12.5 taller than the female.
The most of growing age and amount of year.
Male: Korean student age between 13-14, 7.2cm
Chinese student age between 13-14, 7.11cm
Japanese student age between 12-13, 7.5cm
Female: Korean student age between 10-11, 6.0cm
Chinese student age between 10-11, 6.23cm
Japanese student age between 10-11, 6.8cm
2. Body weight, Kg
In both of male and female Japanese students shows the best of all age, the Korean students comes the next and student, of China (R.O.C.) shows the lowest weight percentage.
At this period, the female students weigh more than the male student when Korean students become age between 10.5-13.5, and Japanese student age between 9.5-12.5 and after this age it shows that male students weigh more.
The most of growing age and amount of year.
Male: Korean student age between 13-14, 5.9Kg
Chinese student age between 13-14, 5.46kg
Japanese student age between 13-14, 5.6Kg
Female: Korean student age between 12-13, 4.6Kg
Chinese student age between 11-12 and 12-13, 4.39Kg
Japanese student age between 10-11, 5.0Kg and had been increased.
3. Chest-girth, cm
Like the case of body height and body weight, Japanese student´s chest-girth is(are) biggest of all age except age of seventeen. The Korean student comes the next and chinese student shows the lowest percentage and Korean students shows biggest percentage at age seventeen..
The female student grow faster than male student when Korean student age between 10.5-13.5, Chinese student age between 11.5-13.5 and Japanese student age between 10.5-13.5. But, after this age it shows that male student grow faster than female.
The most of growing age and amount is,
Male: Korean student age 13-14 (between 4.6cm)
Chinese student student age 13-14 (between 3.77cm)
Japanese student age 13-14 (between 3.6cm)
In female, age between 12-13 the Korean student shows 0.4cm, Chinese student 3.92cm and age of 11-12 Japanese student 4.1cm shows that they grow one year faster.
